Amir Ezedin Mahmmud was born on 25 December 1987 {E.C} in Addis Abeba, Ethiopia. He attended Abadir primary school, Genema, Sunshine and Enat shool respectively in Addis Ababa. Later he enrolled at Addis Abeba university, before studying pharmacy at the age of 5 he has finished reciting the holy quran and read enormous kitabs from the well known sheikh mahmmud {the imam of Aisha mosque}. His Father Doctor Haji Ezedin has passed 2 decades while working In the field of Dawa, and His mother Doctor Maria Kadi, currently she is a president of Ethiopian Muslim Journalists Association.

In 1990 since his childhood he started working in the field of Dawah, Through his father’s organization Alquds magazine. Amir says he was inspired by His Father, an Islamic preacher, having met him since he born.(Amir is sometimes referred to as "Ezedin plus", a label given to him by Haji Ezedin himself.) Amir says that his goal is to "concentrate on the educated Muslim youth who have become apologetic about their own religion and have started to feel the religion is outdated." He considers it as a duty of every Muslim to remove perceived misconceptions about Islam and to make dawa fo all muslims around the world.

Many peoples appreciate his Daw’a and explanation of the holy quran . He passed 14 years in the field of dawa, not only on magazine also by using different electronics medias like paltalk and etc… his distinguished Dawa’s has made him extremely popular in Muslim and non-Muslim circles. Many of his dawas are recorded and kept, Amir says [I am in progress to publish my Dawa’s in DVD and VCDs soon] አሚር ኢዘዲን ማህሙድ በ 1987 በ ጥቅምት ወር በ 25ኛው ቀን ተወለደ፡፡ ትምህርቱንም በ አባዲር፣ በደጃዝማች ገነሜ፣ ሰንሻይን እና እናት ትምህርትቤት በተከታታይነት ተምሯል፡፡ በአሁኑ ሰአት በአዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በ ፋርማሲ ፊልድ በመማር ላይ ይገኛል፡፡ በአምስት አመቱ ሙሉ ቁርአን አንብቦ እና ተረድቶ በመጨረስ በቁጥር ብዙ የሚባሉ ኪታቦችን ከ ሼኽ ማህሙድ (የ አይሻ መስጂድ ኢማም) ቀርቷል፡፡ አባቱ ዶክተር ሐጂ ኢዘዲንም ከ ሁለት ምእተ አመታት በላይ በዳዕዋ ስራ ላይ ተሰማርቷል፡፡ እናቱ ዶክተር ማሪያ ቃዲም በአሁን ሰአት የኢትዮጵያ ሙስሊም ጋዜጠኞች ማህበር ፕሬዝዳንት በመሆን በማገልገል ላይ ናቸው፡፡ (ሙሉውን ከእንግሊዘኛው ግልባጭ ያግኙት)
