Avoidance
[ኮድ አርም]«ከጠብ ለመውጣት፣ አስቀድሞ አትግባበት።»
የሌላ ሰው ሃሣብ ከእርስዎ ቢለይም በማንኛውም እርስ በርስ በመከባበር የማካሄድ ግዴታ ይኖርብናል። ይህም በተለይ ማለት፣ (ከግልጽ ተንኮል በቀር) የሰውን ለውጦች በሙሉ ለማገልበጥ አስፈላጊ ቢመስልዎ፣ መግለጫዎንም ይጨምሩ እንጂ ዝም ብለው (ያለ ምንም መግለጫ) አያድርጉት። ደግሞ የሌላ አዛጋጅ ለውጦች ትክክለኛ ባይመስሉዎ፣ ለውጦቹን በሙሉ ከማገልበጥ ይልቅ እነሱን ማሻሻል ከተቻለ ይሻላል። መግለጫዎ ሊሰጥ የሚችል በ«ማጠቃለያ» ሳጥን ውስጥ ብቻ ሳይሆን፣ በውይይቱ ገጽ ላይ በርካታ ስፍራ አለ።
መጀመርያ ከወጣው ዊኪፔድያ (እንግሊዝኛው) የተለቀመው የ«ሦስት ግልብጥ ደንብ» (3RR ወይም 3ግደ) ማለት ማንም አዛጋጅ በክርክሩ ምክንያት በ24 ሰዓት ውስጥ ከ3 ግዜ በላይ ለውጦቹን ቢገለበጥ፣ ለትንሽ ጊዜ ከማረም ሊገዳ ይችላል።
በመወያየት በኩል ዋልጌነት ወይም የማይገባ ተግባር ቢያጋጥምዎ ኖሮ፣ በምላሽ ተመሳሳይ መልስ ለመስጠት አይፈተኑ። ይህም መንገድ ቅሬታው የጋለ ጦርነት እንዳይሆን ለመከልከል ይረዳል።
ጥራት ያለው ዝንባሌም የሌለበት ጽሑፍ የሚገኝበት ዘዴ ለማወቅ፣ ሌሎቹን መመርያዎች በተለይም የማያደላ አስተያየት (NPOV) መመሪያችንን መርምረው ያንብቡ። እነዚህን ስንከተል ማንኛውም አይነት ችግር በሰላማዊነት ሂደት መፈጸሙ አይቀርም።
መጀመርያ እርምጃ፡- መወያየት
[ኮድ አርም]አብዛኛው ግዜ ለ2 አዛጋጆች 1ዱን መጣጥፍ ስለ ማዘጋጀት ተቃራኒ አስተሳሰቦች ሲነሡ መፍትሄው በመጣጥፉ ውይይት ገጽ ላይ በመሞክር ስምምነት ቶሎ ሊገኝ የሚሻ ነው። ሌላም ዘዴ፣ ቀጥታ በሌላው ተጠቃሚ መኖሪያ ውይይት ገጽ ላይ በመጠየቅ ጉዳዩ ሊፈታ ይቻላል። ውይይት (መወያየት) በውይይት ገጾች ይቆይ እንጂ ውይይት በመጣጥፉ ገጽ እራሱ ላይ ማስቀመጥ ከቶ አይገባም። ስለ ጉዳዩ እየተነጋገሩ፣ በሌላ ሰው ላይ የሆነ ስድብ ወይም ሐሜት አለመግባቱን ለመጥቀስ ተጨማሪ ይመስላል። እያንዳንዱ ወገን በክርክሩ ውስጥ ያሉትን ረገዶች ሁሉ ቢግባባ ወደ መስማማት ለመድረስ እንዲቀልል ይሆናል። ሌሎቹ አዛጋጆች ለፕሮጀክቱ በበጎ እምነት መሥራታቸውን (ከግልጽ ተንኮል በስተቀር) ይገንዘቡ። ሌሎች አዛጋጆች ምናልባት ከገለልተኝነት ብለው አስተያየታቸውን እንደሚያቀርቡ ይቻላል። እንዲህ ሲሆን ስለ መጣጥፉ አባባል የሆነው ጥያቄ አንዳንዴ በድምጽ ብዛት ሊመራ ይችላል። ባሉንም መመርያዎች መሠረት ጉዳዩ የሚወሰንበት ግዜ አለ።

[ኮድ አርም]If talking to the other parties involved fails to resolve the dispute, try one of the following methods. Which ones you choose and in what order will depend on the nature of the dispute and the preferences of people involved.
Informal mediation
[ኮድ አርም]If things are getting a bit tricky, it might be useful to ask some cool heads to look in and help out. Sometimes editors who provide third opinions or respond to requests for comments may be willing to help mediate a dispute, if it is requested. The Mediation Cabal can also assist in settling disputes without turning to formal mediation. Note that Mediation is normally for disputes about Article Content.
Discuss with third parties
[ኮድ አርም]- Wikipedia works by building consensus. To develop a consensus on a disputed topic, you may need to expose the issue to a larger audience. Options for doing this include Wikipedia:Third opinion (for disputes involving only two editors), Wikipedia:Wikiquette alerts, and Wikipedia:Requests for comment.
For disputes over the content of an article, if you have not agreed to a truce before this point, you should do so now. This allows others to fairly consider the issue without the confusion of ongoing edits, which are likely to aggravate the dispute. If an edit war persists and a truce is not feasible, request that the page be protected to allow the process to move forward. See: Wikipedia:Protection policy
Conduct a survey
[ኮድ አርም]- If consensus is difficult to gauge from discussion alone, consider conducting a survey of opinion to clarify the issues in the discussion. The survey should be carefully designed to present all sides of the dispute fairly; some parties may dispute the validity of the survey if this is not done properly. When the survey questions have been drafted, you can announce the survey by listing it at Wikipedia:Current surveys. Note that informal polls can be held at any time if there are enough participants in the discussion, but publicizing the survey can get more of the community involved and increase the weight given to the results.
ሽምግልና
[ኮድ አርም]- Request formal mediation of the dispute. Mediation is a voluntary process in which a neutral person works with the parties to a dispute. The mediator helps guide the parties into reaching an agreement that can be acceptable to everyone. When requesting formal mediation, be prepared to show that you tried to resolve the dispute using the steps listed above. Mediation cannot take place if all parties are not willing to take part.
Last resort: ዕርቅ
[ኮድ አርም]If you have taken all other reasonable steps to resolve the dispute, request Arbitration. Be prepared to show that you tried to resolve the dispute by other means. Arbitration differs from Mediation in that the Arbitration Committee will consider the case and issue a decision, instead of merely assisting the parties in reaching an agreement. If the issue is decided by Arbitration, you will be expected to abide by the result. If the case involves serious user misconduct, Arbitration may result in a number of serious consequences, as laid out in the Arbitration policy.
