General proposal for country templates

• ሪፐብሊከ instead of ሪፑብሊክ
• change all years to Ethiopian calendar and Ge'ez notation
• what is the difference between ብሔር and ብሔረሰብ?
• I don't think there is a hyphen character in Amharic (e.g. no ቤተ-ክርስቲያን)
• አለም አቀፍ is the right way (i.e. two words with አ)
